It’s that time of year again…..
Bad Santa
With only 13 days left to Christmas left have you headed over to the local mall and jumped on ole’ Saint Nick’s lap? I know dealing with all those children and their impossible wishes, is just a horrible thought right? Now I would think we are all on the same page here when I say “He’s Gone.” Now hear me out.. what im really saying is the thought of Santa has diminished from when we were children and when our parents were children. Im not innocent of the charge as well, like many of you. It has now become the tradition to get exactly what our children must have on this holiday versus FAMILY or even traditions.
Case in point recently a certain women, we all know who. Walks into the local “BIG BOX” Wal-mart sees the line and decides her kids are gonna get that XBOX 360 and this pepper spray is the ticket! That’s not all. If you search the net, you will find countless stories of debauchery.
So back to the point at hand. When was the last time the whole family was engulfed in singing around the tree, even uncle joe tipsy as all hell obnoxiously singing jingle bells at the top of his lungs or even went out with a bunch and sang christmas carols to your neighbors? These are the traditions im talking about. Yeah there are some of you out there doing the damn thing, but as a whole. We fail!
It was a great time to watch such movies as A Christmas Carol, Charlie Brown’s Christmas, It’s a wonderful life and of course a Christmas Story. I don’t even see those being advertised on TV as being a feature. Are we really that busy? That we cant sit by the tree, pop some popcorn for garnish on the tree. Play some Christmas music off good old Pandora and remember that holidays are for “FAMILY” not gifts…. It may seem that I’m coming off as a Scrooge McDuck here, but really I’m just a little kid trying to find Santa Claus..

Hey there this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
